And our brilliant, passionate, and driven team of more than 5,000 people globally are Powering Positive Change every day.Are you ready to power positive change?**Role Accountabilities**:Create the project charter and project plan based on approved business case by eliciting inputs from IT units, sponsoring business unit, third party providers, and customersManage project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk which are both interrelated and differentiatedResponsible for leveraging IT and digital technologies to automate and incorporate business process improvementDevelop the roadmap of critical programs and evaluate new IT and allied technologies which are relevant to the changing landscape of the businessValidate the requirements and needs of the business to ensure that the right solution and approach are consideredEvaluate together with technical teams, platform managers, and enterprise architects the project solution and provide optimal options to the businessRigorously handle risk mitigation and issue resolution in consultation with affected parties or business unitsCoordinate with relevant IT units and third-party providers the completion of assigned tasks and deliverables essential for project completionManage stakeholder relationship and advisory to the project steering committee and project teams, by being able to bring fresh perspective to any discussion or ideationOrganize cadence with the project team and set clear expectations on deliverables, responsibilities, and escalation matrices to ensure that everyone is aligned to project goals and outcomesFacilitate project Kick-off, Go/No-Go meetings, decision gates, and project closing meetingsConsistently champion in the utilization of standard PM methodology, toolkit, and artifacts in managing projectsEvaluate overall project impact and ROI, including lessons learned upon project closure to ensure seamless transition to operations or business unitsResource Management and Team CollaborationUtilize project resources such as financials and people in a responsible manner, ensuring the right level of transparency to stakeholdersCollaborate with other teams within and outside of the technology function to develop the necessary solution needed by the projectCourageous and authentic in handling conflict management and resolution within project teams with the ability to mediate on pressing issues or concernsBe the stalwart of project management and PMO practices through education and capability building of business units with tools, processes, and frameworks in project deliveryProject Tracking, Reporting, and Portfolio ManagementDiligently track project progress and consistently report updates to the PMO Lead including the upkeep of respective project portfolios being manageEnsure that project metrics are the right measures for successCommunicate to the business with brevity and focus to ensure that overall goals are met from the approved business case and project charterAbility to translate technical dimensions of a project in a cohesive way understandable to the business and customersReport project benefits based on planned and actual that can contribute to any cost savings, productivity savings, increased brand equity, risk and regulatory complianceProject repository management to house all related project artifacts in a DMS or SharePoint with the end in the mind of project audit readiness**Knowledge and Technical Skills**:Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably in the STEM fieldMaster's degree in any allied field is advantageousMore than five years' experience in full-cycle implementation of corporate ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Infor, and the likeHas mastery and proficiency to any two of these PM standards/methodologies: PMBOK, Prince2, SDLC, Agile, LeanExposure to operational initiatives in a manufacturing environment is also beneficialHave led Project Management capability building programs in the past such as training accidental project managers with PM methodologies and tools or have conducted information sessions and refreshers in project managementCertification and training to any recognized PM body such as PMI is valuableCapabilitiesProactive and DrivenEye for DetailsOrganized and SystematicResourceful and PracticalSystems Thinker and InnovativeDecisive but ConsultativeRemarkable Communication and Negotiation SkillsSafety ComplianceYour safety is our number one priority at Maxeon.
