**Job details**:Posted 13 March 2024SalaryRM10000 - RM12000 per monthLocationKuala LumpurJob type PermanentDisciplineTechnology & DigitalReference269822_1710322081**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a Scrum Master in agile projects, overseeing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.- Develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plans for enhancing IT systems, ensuring they align with business objectives.- Lead change management processes, ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement proactive measures for successful mitigation.- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, emphasizing quality and timely delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.- Implement and improve IT systems while adhering to Information Security (IS) standards and best practices.**Requirements**:- Possess exceptional change management skills, with the ability to navigate and lead teams through organizational transformations.- Have successfully completed at least one full-cycle system implementation project.- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing project management tools.- Experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects is advantageous.- Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.- Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in system implementation and enhancement.
