It Recruiter

**What you'll do**:- Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritisation- Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations- Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting and vendors.- Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.**What you'll need**:- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment- A self-motivated, energetic, smart and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- Must be a good Team player- Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
