It Risk And Governance

**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee IT Governance, Compliance, and Project Management.- Support assessments of IT controls and policies, overseeing remediation efforts to address compliance gaps.- Manage IT governance, planning, compliance, and risk management functions.- Handle IT Technology Change Management and Problem Management.- Implement effective IT policies and controls to align with IT strategy and meet business objectives.- Interface with auditors, internal and external, for IT-related audits.- Manage IT projects and provide regular status updates.- Maintain IT SOP documentation and ensure timely updates by IT personnel.- Monitor and control change management processes, including IT Service Requests, Incident ticketing, Change Requests, and Problem management reporting.- Enhance the IT Service Desk system and ensure Service Levels are met.- Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve IT issues and deliver services.- Offer technical support assistance as needed.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.- Backgkround with Insurance**Experience**:- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in IT Governance, Compliance, Risk, and Project Management.- Familiarity with COBIT and IT Service Management (ITSM).**Key Skills**:- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Exceptional attention to detail in planning and tracking.**Key Knowledge**:- Comprehensive understanding of IT Governance and Compliance.- Familiarity with IT Service Delivery models.- Proficiency in IT Project Management.- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Storage, Networks, and Databases.- Understanding of IT Security principles.- Familiarity with IT Applications.- Exposure to COBIT/ITIL practices is an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Are you and expat?**Experience**:- Risk and Governance: 5 years (required)Application Deadline: 11/03/2023
