It Support Assistant

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners 2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems/networks 3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests 4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) 5. Repairing and replacing equipment when necessary 6. Ensuring all IT asset (end user devices) inventory and software licensing control are in place with up to date records 7. Carry out system daily backup and monthly backup for other devicesKasut U Sdn Bhd first established on April 2002.
