Details of the offer

1. Computer user support: Hardware and software trouble shooting.
2. Printer and office equipment maintenance.
3. Server administration: Domain/file server, mail server and web application.
4. Network and IT infrastructure supports: WAN/LAN.
Programming background.
5. Assist in creating process automation processes, daily troubleshooting and management of automation software.
6. Assist in creating data analysis to measure department performance.
7. Assist in management of online digital marketing campaigns and reporting.
Requirements
1) Proficient in Excel and VBA
2) Must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
3) Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
4) Proactive work ethic and self-starter
5) Outstanding and reliable
Optional (Plus Point)
1) Basic Programming Skills (Java, C#, C++ or equivalent)
2) Knowledge of Database Management Softwares such as SQL, AWS or Oracle
