It Support (Internship)

JOB DESCRIPTION: INTERNSHIP IT SUPPORTResponsibilities and Duties:- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop PCs, laptops & printers- Monitor & maintain the IT infrastructure such as servers and networking.- Assist in documentation of all working instruction, user guides, configuration and procedures.- Perform IT troubleshooting tasks & windows patching.Prepare laptop for new hireBackup data and format resigned staff laptop.- Assist in IT inventory and documentation.- Involve in other tasks or project as required.- Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.JOB SPECIFICATION: INTERNSHIP IT SUPPORTSkills and Specifications:- Good command of English is a must.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills.- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the IT security field.- Detail-oriented, proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environment.- Excellent problem-solving skill and critical thinking.Education and Qualifications:- Minimum a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.- Good command of the English language is a must.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday
