It Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the IT technical support in the company.- Ensure the normal day-to-day operations of computers and other, hardware/peripheral devices in the company.- Able to troubleshoot hardware and software.- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.- Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc.- Support and maintain IT infrastructure, information security, network and server.- Installations, configurations, administration and upgrades maintenance for IT hardware.- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline.- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.- Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:- Work under minimum supervision and has a sense of urgency in responding to technical support.- Good knowledge of computer hardware, computer troubleshooting, fundamentals in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security- Applies diagnostic techniques and problem-solving skills to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
