**Responsibilities**:User Support:Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Assist users with login problems, password resets, and access-related queries.Resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Hardware and Software Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of IT equipment.Network Support:Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and Wi-Fi networks.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions.Collaborate with network administrators to ensure efficient and secure data communication.Security:Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard IT systems and data.Educate end-users on security best practices and conduct periodic security audits.Documentation:Create and update documentation for IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.**Qualifications**:Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.Familiarity with Windows operating systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 02/23/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
