**Main Job Responsibilities**- To ensure that the school's technology resources are managed effectively and efficiently to bring about equality and optimum access for all students, parents, teachers and staffs.- To support Schoology, integrated with Student Information System (SIS), 21st century education platforms to certain core competencies such as collaboration, digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving that advocates believe school need to teach to help students thrive in today's world.**Key Roles**:- Managing and overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all matters pertaining to the school's ICT infrastructure and network (Server, Macbook, Firewall, switches, wireless Access Point, routers, broadband, classroom Smart boards, data projectors & etc)- Work with the school leadership team on ICT strategic planning and take overall responsibility for the management and development of the infrastructure of the school's ICT network, liaising with key staff, parent, teacher and student to ensure that ICT services meet curriculum and school needs.- To be responsible for the installation of new and existing software across the school's networks and provide technical support and troubleshooting for all users.- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, information security and control structures- Have an overall view of the capabilities of the school's ICT services and contribute to continuous improvement to meet future needs to ensure competent and forward thinking management of ICT and keep abreast of new technological developments in ICT and present proposals with recommendations to management which would benefit the school.- To assist and to study the set-up of the new library, cctv, door access, e-card payment, printer and any new system adopted by the school- Supporting the school's mission and objectives in all areas of operation.**Requirements**:- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the education industry.**1. Management of ICT Equipment & Consumables**- Need to have a strong Mac and Windows OS background- Diagnose & repair iMacs, MacBooks & Windows PCs throughout school- Support regular backups / updates and install new software- Fault handling; administrate the lending/returning of computers for Staff- Check inventory of ICT property regularly- Update ICT Properties List- Additional installation/collect after counting required quantity- Accident prevention- CCTV (monitor, maintain and repair)- Printers/MFPs:- _connection with PCs_- _minor repairsminor hardware upgrades,_- _consumables replacement_- _liaising with suppliers._**2.** **Maintenance of ICT Equipment in Classrooms**- Diagnose & repairthe IWBs (Interactive White Board) and Led Boards, Projectors, Audio systems and AMPs;- Manage software for classes.**3.** **Support Boarding House ICT**- Diagnose & repairWi-Fi signals and AP statues- Minimize blind spots for smooth wireless environment- Maintain and check the ICT equipment**4. Maintenance of MFP (Multi-function Printer)**- Troubleshooting and repairs of various faults- Inventory check- Configuration management and firmware updates**5. Management of staff and student ID Cards**- Create and issue ID cards for new staff and students and make replacements- Keep an inventory**6. Provide technical support to the following facilities**:- Meeting room- Conference hall- Exam room (if needed)**7. Administration Work (Approval of official documents)**- Make manual for using equipment/system- Obtaining comparative estimate for purchasing ICT and report- Share of work process data for improving business efficiency**8.
