It Technician

Troubleshoot and monitor the Hospital Information System (HIS) and other software, which includes daily backup and data storage, perform SCO Unix administration and maintenance etc- Liaise with external HIS consultant for any technical problems and changes- Support end user on PC troubleshoot- Ensure IT infrastructure and operation is running smoothly- Generate ad hoc periodic reports as when required- Conduct training for end user on IT software and IT technical- Maintain and monitor costing/budget of IT expenditure- Liaise with external vendor for any breakdown or changes- Other work related projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor**Job Requirement**- Possess Diploma in IT or Computer Science- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply- Good in Hardware and IT support- Result Oriented and able work under pressure- Able to commit and complete task within the given deadline- Possess good communication and problem solving skill- Willing to work in Klang**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
