**Responsibilities**:- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from Japanese-speaking users through chat support in a professional and courteous manner.- Assist users with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and general questions about our platform.- Provide accurate information and guidance to users regarding features, policies, and procedures.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in our customer support system.- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.**Qualifications**:- Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and verbal).- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not required.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.**Additional Requirements**:- Immediate availability to start work.- Malaysian citizen or Japanese citizen with spouse visa.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for career growth and development.- Positive and inclusive work environment.- Flexible work schedule.Pay: From RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 06/12/2024
