You will be working on a range of clients, liaising with studios, seeing the project through from end to end.**Requirements**:- Based in Malaysia/Japan- Good bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written (JLPT skill N4 and above & Business level English skill EILTS)- Project coordination skills with Transcreation Management- Respond to information requests from Production team- Great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen- Manage all alerts/ orders through FIDO- Briefing and handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to end delivery- Manage and monitor timelines, set realistic expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays- Strong ownership and able to work in ambiguous situations- Demonstrate clear understanding of brands- Distribute contact reports and agendas- Ensure timelines are met and work produced for global standard.**Essential Experience & Skills Required**- 3+ years working experience in print production /digital production / printing / graphic design department, Japan working experience will be an advantage- Strong numeracy skills- Ability to prioritize, time manage and possesses great attention to details- Resilience and self-starter who is hands-on with a responsible attitude- Liaise with various creative agencies to source master artwork and resolve queries and issues- Provide advice and solutions to print production issuesLI-JY**Diversity & Inclusion**Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
