Able to prepare payment voucher, claims and data entry- Able to travel from Seremban to Selangor/Kuala Lumpur- Able to do corporate online banking transaction/online payment- Assist in preparing project costing report- Able to process daily petty cash request- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation- Able to prepare report and trackers by using Microsoft Excel- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses for staff- Prepare and process invoices, able to validate receipts and follow up payments- Proper maintenance of financial records, documentations, and filing to support all accounting entries- Attend to any ad-hoc task/analysis requested by the management from time to time**Requirements**:- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words- Ability to work independently as part of a team is in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail, accuracy and have a strong organizational skills- Earnest work attitude, positive and motivated- Own transport- Have knowledge or background of IT (software)Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayWillingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
