Jr. Technician (Computer & Networking)

**Key Responsibilities**:Set up and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.**2.** **Maintenance and Upgrades**:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as hardware upgrades, software updates, and system patches.Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to prevent downtime.**3. Troubleshooting and Technical Support**:Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users and within the network infrastructure.Provide timely technical support to users, both in person and remotely.**4. Network Security**:Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.Regularly update and maintain firewall settings, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.**5. Data Backup and Recovery**:Develop and execute data backup and recovery plans to safeguard critical information.Ensure data integrity and perform data restoration when necessary.**6. Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, system configurations, and network topology.Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.**7.
