Junior Account Executive

Job Description: - 1. Prepared daily bank report 2. Deposit customer cheques 3. Updates payments on customers ageing 4. Key in customer receipts into system 5. Verify the payment and invoices 6. Prepare all payment voucher, other receipt, sales invoice (AC Receivable + AC Payable) 7. Provide all the information /reports that requested by HOD 8. Prepare cheques/ online payment transaction for sundry creditors and trade creditors 9. Prepare weekly cash flow report 10. Forecast weekly cash flow (payment, receipt) 11. Prepare Debtor Ageing 12. Prepare bank reconciliation report 13.
