Junior Account Executive (Shah Alam)

**Responsibilities**:- This position will support the Company's accounts payable activities- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.- Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.- Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.- Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting.- Any other ad hoc assignment.**Requirements**:- Diploma in accounting or equivalent.- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.- Minimum 3 years experience in same capacity, preferably in sales and distribution.- Well-versed in JDE Accounting software would be advantage.- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.- Well verse in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.- Meticulous and accuracy at work is a must- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
