Process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment - Reconciling the suppliers' statement ready for payment - Ensuring all suppliers' accounts are settled within our terms - Verified payment vouchers and process for payment - Verified data posting the invoices to accounting software system - Monitor that all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner. - ensuring all funding transactions are controlled and reported correctly - manage company's weekly cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively - manage month-end reporting processes related to month-end closing - Focal point for audit of accounts with external auditors and to address all auditing enquiries and issues - Managing all bank related transactions and bank reconciliation - Willing to learn and able to meet deadline - Observe punctuality & Office regulationsKuala Lumpur largest entertainment and F&B under masterplan for Economy Transformation NKEa EPPA 8.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
