* Work location **:Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya, PJ.**- Muslim friendly - **PORK-FREE, ALCOHOL-FREE**- Hiring **Malaysian**, **PERMANENT, FULL- TIME** onlyYour Roles include:- Preparing coffee and drinks- Proper handling of coffee equipments- Greet customers, take orders and be attentive.- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and menu items- Ensure food/drinks/cake orders are correct and deliver to customers in timely manner.- Maintain order and cleanliness of work and dining area- Process payment and handle cashier as per the Company's guidelines and cash handling policy- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.- Any other duties required by your team leader in day-to-day operations.You Need to:- Have minimum SPM education level- Advantageous to have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/barista and similar capacity.- Be able to converse in English.
