The consultant takes a solution-based approach in helping the customer find the best answer while striving to excel in her performance. Job Responsibilities: To meet and achieve Sales Targets as set by Management Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customers base To follow up on sales enquiries To provide excellent customer service To build rapport with customers and maximize sales opportunities Responsible to handle client problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to management committee for discussion. To attend to all work related training sessions provide and organized by the Company To prepare and submit weekly and monthly paperwork to Management in timely and accuracy mannerSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
