**The CADD Designer** role involves producing high quality project design deliverables in architectural drafting of design consultancy and construction projects under the supervision of the Architecture Director, and working with Senior Design Architect. In essence, the Senior Draughtsman can work on any/all phases of development.**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**- Prepares detailed conceptual and working drawings, specifications, and programming documents for comprehensive consultancy and construction projects.- Prepare Shop Drawings as per Specification & Tender/Construction Drawings- Liaise with the internal team for the preparation of Production Drawings.- Communicate with the Client/Consultant/Main Contractor to align information and design expectations.- Attend site meetings and site walks with the Client/Consultant/Main Contractor.- Assist in product presentation to the client to meet the client's requirements & understanding.- Facilitate the Marketing Department in producing samples for submission.- Monitor prefabrication and in-house production process to ensure the quality of works as per specification & Shop Drawings.- To coordinate with the Site Team to plan the project schedule & address on-site issues arise.- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Degree in architecture, interior design, applied art and design or other equivalent.- Good with AutoCAD- Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintain consistent quality- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Excellent technical drawing skills.- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.- Language communication: English and Bahasa Melayu- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM; may work some weekends due to construction progress- Amenable to work in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, 50480**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Please indicate if you are able to start ASAP or in 2 weeks or 1 month?- Do you drive and will you require parking in the office?- Is your expected salary within range of 2500?
