Junior Company Secretary

Responsible for the formation/incorporation of new companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and others corporate secretarial documents- Familiar with MBRS system for preparation of Annual Returns and ensure on time submission of AR- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply- Proficient in spoken and written in English, BM and Mandarin (added advantage)- Maintain and updating all the statutory records, register book and ensure proper filling of corporate secretarial documents at all time- Proficiency in using MYCOID systems for the formation of companies, allotment of shares, changes of directors, secretary, manager etc.- Responsible in preparation of documents for share transfer, strike off in compliant to the Companies Act 2016- Liaise with the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM"), Solicitors, Auditors and other Authorities to ensure all documents prepared are complied with the requirements.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Company Secretary: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
