Junior Content Intern

**Job Scope**- ** Understand the overall concept of the company including the brand, products and services.**- ** Involve in researching content and details for use of content, marketing and branding.**- ** Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other similar CMS platforms.**- ** Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.**- ** Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.**- ** Stay up to date with the latest research practices, trends and technologies.**- ** Join production shootings and events.**- ** Ensure consistency in data acquisition.**- ** Update data and information as required.**- ** Adhere to the internal policies and procedures.****Your KPI**- ** Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors from the IKHLAS team.**- ** Ability to collaborate with various teams with various working cultures located in different airasia and IKHLAS offices & studios.**- ** Attending meetings and taking minutes from meetings.**- ** Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and coordinate based on the level of impact on the business.**- ** Produce research and data based on the amount needed and concepts designated that have been placed by the IKHLAS Creative Content Team.**- ** Upgrade skillsets and learn industry practices.****Skills Required**:- ** In 3rd Year or 4th Year of University Graduate Program / Equivalent.**- ** Eager to work and learn in various departments.**- ** Eager to learn additional apps.**- ** Excellent verbal and communication skills.**- ** Proficiency in writing & editing programs (Canva, Cap Cup, Premiere, Photoshop)**- ** Able to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.**- ** Ability to speak and write in Arabic would be an advantage.**- ** Ability to multitask.**- ** Cope well under pressure.****We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
