Junior Digital Marketer

Responsibilities: Plan content strategies for social media, online, and offline platforms. Create and produce high-quality content such as images, videos, and graphics that are engaging and relevant to the planned content strategy. Manage and ensure in-house content such as monthly promotions, brochures, and other marketing materials are prepared perfectly and on time. Upload generated content to social media platforms and websites according to the established schedule. Analyze analytical data and monitor the performance of produced content to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy. Monitor and handle comments, questions, and responses from followers and customers to provide feedback and maintain positive relationships. Continuously seek new ideas and innovations to ensure Neolee Rehab Supply remains relevant and attractive to the audience. Understand the needs and preferences of the target customers to create content that aligns with their interests.   Requirements: Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin optional) Able to work independantly  Good in writing creative contents for social media. Innovative design approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing Active and knowledgable in all social media platforms Own transport to work
