Junior Executive/Executive, Telemarketing

POSITION OVERVIEW- Contacting assigned customers through phone call to inform them about a specific service / product and convince them to purchase**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Call the selected customers to sell service / product- Share the selling points for service / product- Answer questions about service / product- Recommend service / product based on customers need- Take detailed call notes and record any feedback- Follow up payment with the potential customers- Meet daily / monthly call targetQUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED- Required skill(s): responsibility, cooperative, ability, details oriented.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience working in Call Centre will be an added advantage- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.- Full-Time position(s) available.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
