Junior Executive - Grants & Social Impact

**position**:**JUNIOR EXECUTIVE**:- GRANTS & SOCIAL IMPACT _**Responsibilitiesfamily members and stakeholderseducational and training grant- Track and monitor budgets, progress updates, outcomes and timelines- Provides administrative support:- Prepare and compile related documentation- Organise meetings and follow up action to be taken- Manage, monitor and handles grant/funding utilization and request for payments- and disbursements- Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence independently- Ensuring up-to-date record of progress update and track reports- Compile information and create information / presentations that can be used in avariety of settings to convey key project information to stakeholders (internal andexternal) and for publicity and social impact purposes**Requirements- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any discipline- Fresh graduates are welcomed or those with at least 2 - 3 years workingexperience preferably in Customer Service / Administration / Management.- Good planning and organisational skills and able to manage a heavy and variedworkload- Good communication and writing skill in both Bahasa Melayu and English- Good interpersonal skills, have interest in contact with a range of people and buildgood working relationship with stakeholders- Able to provide good judgment and work in a challenging environment with tightdeadline- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),internet, social media and databases- Independent, analytical and creative yet meticulous- Preferably with basic photography skills**Closing Date**5th September 2023**Talent Acquisition Unit****Human Capital & Organizational Development
