The S&P supports the Chief Business Officer who oversee the LazMall business, in formulating and working together with multiple key stakeholder to execute its business strategy and achieving Lazada's growth aspirations across all markets. The S&P Executive is an entry-level position responsible for wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to more specialized projects**Responsibilities**:- The S&P Executive is an entry-level position responsible for wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to more specialized projects The key responsibilities include but not limited to:- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.- Gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags.- Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed.- Support managers to preparing project status reports for management review- Help managers complete daily tasks- Coordinating the work of other employees within the company, such as the commercial, campaign and finance teams- Helping to create marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services to specific groups such as investors or potential customers- Coordinating with other departments to manage projects and ensure that deadlines are met- Analyzing data and making decisions based on their findings to improve business processes- Participating in meetings discuss current trends or projects**Job Requirements**Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- 1.Bachelor degree- 2.
