Junior Executive, Maintenance

Malaysian citizen;- Diploma in any related field with at least 2 years' experience in Highway Operation;- Assist to develop, establish and implement routine/periodical maintenance of Civil & Structure and Mechanical & Electrical works according to programmed/schedule and also to ensure the delivery of comprehensive information of all highway assets into the MHA system;- Assist to ensure the compliance with relevant Codes of Practice relating to highway maintenance activities, e.g., Guidelines for Malaysian Toll Expressway System by MHA: Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical Services and Civil & Structure), etc.;- Assist to plan, develop and implement traffic management monitoring system and coordinate with relevant authorities on traffic & maintenance matters;- Assist to plan and review patrolling schedule and daily operation matters;- Assist to prepare work schedule for Supervisor;- Assist to check Work Orders, Certificates of Completion and/or Payment Requisition, etc.;- Assist to coordinate routine maintenance and rectification works carried out by appointed subcontractor;- Assist to coordinate and prepare monthly Maintenance Report and Monitoring Report to MHA;- Assist in notify the Administration Department on damages due to accident along the highway and submit documents for insurance claims within the timeframe provided;- Assist in attending the routine/ad hoc inspection by MHA and other authorities;- To standby 24 hours for emergency calls;- To attend to Maintenance Intervention Form, NCR from MHA, public complaints and etc. and carry out necessary remedial works within the response time provided;- To check monthly inventory check and maintain a proper inventory record of all equipment/tools/vehicle maintained by the department;- To maintain an updated asset listing for assets under the custody of the department/unit;- To ensure the compliance to ISO policies and procedures; and- To undertake any other duties assigned by the Management or the superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Compulsory- Complete vaccines, Scan Mysejahtera, wearing a face mask, & regularly sanitize your hand**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- infrastructure: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)License/Certification:- B2&D (preferred)Expected Start Date: 10/02/2023
