Junior Finance Executive

**Job scope**:- Manages and monitors the company's expenses, including invoice approval and payment processing.- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolving payment discrepancies.- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, entering information into financial models and assisting in variance analysis.- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.**Requirements**:- Diploma and above in account & finance field.
