Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.**ABOUT THE POSITION**- Collaborate with Design Leadership and other stakeholders to define, prototype, validate, iterate, and evolve the gameplay throughout the development lifecycle within Unreal Engine.- Ensure that the game "feels" the way it is supposed to within the Vision outlined- Define and refine Character Movements ensuring they are smooth, responsive, and engaging.- Implement intuitive control schemes that allow the players to interact with the game world- Create intuitive camera systems that push the players immersion- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role- Be able to showcase your 3C's work- Standardize, Create, Document, and Communicate all 3C features and metrics to the game team- Maintain all documentation and be the owner for all related 3C's features and metrics- Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to Implement and prototype all 3C features and designs (Engineering, Animation, Audio, QA, and Level Design)- Create test gyms to showcase and test features and metrics- Playtest, Analyze, Iterate on feedback- Work with Production and QA to fix bugs in relation to 3C features and mechanics
