**Responsibilities**- To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new employees.- Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.- Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.- Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.- Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of important information to employees.**Requirements**:- Possess bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.- Preferable working experience in human resources for 1 - 2 years. Experience in recruitment and training.- Sound knowledge & exposure of HR practices and Employment Act.- Good in analytical skills - data analysis via Microsoft Excel.- Good in presentation skills - proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.- Confident, outgoing & energetic.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
