Junior Human Resources Executive - Open To Fresh

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.- Managing the recruitment and selection process.- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- At least a Bachelor Degree in HR/ Buiness Admin or any related field- At least 5 years of working experience in related field- Proven experience in recruitment and selection- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
