Job Description Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for customized furniture designs. Develop concepts and create 2D and 3D renderings of customized furniture using design software such as AiHouse. Select appropriate design concept, materials, and finishes, that align with the client's vision and project requirements. Create detailed floor plans, elevation drawings, and specifications for customized furniture. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Maintain accurate records, including design specifications, budgets, and project documentation. Job Requirements Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field. Experience in interior designing, creating custom furniture layout is an added advantage. Proficiency in using design software such as AiHouse, and AutoCAD is an added advantage. Knowledge of current trends and styles in interior design and customized furniture manufacturing. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and customized furniture related finishes selection for customized furniture. Ability to take on-site measurements and create accurate floor plans and elevation drawings. Attention to detail and ability to work within specific budgets and deadlines. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with clients, sales personnel, suppliers, and other team members. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
