Junior It Executive

Monitor, configure and support server hardware and operating system.- Address jobs in the incident queue in a timely manner.- Maintain P.O.S system/hardware for outlet stores.- Working for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.- Provide technical support for outlets stores.- Liaison on Desktop/Laptop PC, LAN, WAN and other tools for outlets.Requirement- Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.- Have experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies.- Able to travel to outlets/projects for on-site support and stand-by duties after office hours/weekend when necessary.- Able to work in a team.(Those with lesser experience are also encouraged to apply.)**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusApplication Question(s):- What's your expected salary range?**Experience**:- IT support: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
