Requirements:
Preferably someone specialized in IT/Computer - Software / Business Analyst / Project Executive or equivalent.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year in IT projects or related field
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin/Malay/English
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users & IT.
Candidate must be willing to follow Director to any place.
Fresh Graduates with basic programming skills are encouraged to apply, training provided.
Open to Malaysian Only
Able to work with a vendor with the off-site development team
Self-starter, agile in work assignment and strong problem-solving skill
Team Leadership, dynamics and a good team player.
Ability to work with peers and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and able to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment when tackling issues.
Highly result-oriented and can work independently.

Responsibilities:
Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
Recommends and anticipates information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements, tactical risks
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to an appropriate level when required.
Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
To define and document the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and policies of the company and to review them from time to time.
Oversees operational systems and processes according to the procedure defined in the SOP
Manages day to day business of every department; works with all team to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
Completes reasonability testing and information validation prior to circulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
Represent the company in events, conferences etc
