Junior Lawyer (Conveyancing)

Job Description:- To handle Projects, Subsales, Perfection, Discharge, Loan documentations and other conveyancing related matters.- To draft and vet agreements and documents.- To attend signings for sale and purchase agreement and loan documents.- To attend clients, state authorities, correspondences and any relevant authorities.- To handle in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so.Job Requirements:- 1-year related experience in conveyancing.- Fresh grad are welcome to apply.- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.- Well versed with the basic laws & legal procedures.- Good in legal research, critical thinking and time management.- Have decent interpersonal skills, team player and responsible.- Able to work independently with high degree professionalism and integrity.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
