Junior Legal Associate Conveyancing & Corporate)/ Pupil-Chamber

Job Description:
1. To assist Partners/Legal Associates in preparing and handling documentation for all conveyancing matters, drafting agreements, conducting legal research, correspondences, etc.;
2. To liaise and coordinate with clients, bankers/agents, government bodies, etc.;
3. To manage and organize file documents, prepare status reports, attend case management in court, handle various assigned tasks; and
4. Occasional exposure to other practice areas, i.e., Criminal Litigation, Family Dispute, Estate Administration and Personal Injury matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Law (LLB)(Hons)/ CLP
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
(Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage)
3. Positive working attitude, good interpersonal skills, discipline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, committed, able to multitask, meet deadlines and adhere to schedules
4. Must possess own transport
** Candidate for Junior LA position must be a law graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years PQE in Corporate & Conveyancing
