Junior Legal Associate/ Legal Secretary

Job Description:
Legal Secretary / Junior Legal Associate
1. To handle SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters (for sub-sale matters)
2. Required to monitor and follow-up closely with all assigned conveyancing files, attending to client correspondence, preparing status report and other related conveyancing work
3. To update financier's online system regularly
4. Raise payment vouchers and invoices
5. Any other ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Applicant with zero experience is welcome to apply but with basic conveyancing knowledge is an added advantage
2. Highly motivated and willing to learn.
3. Possess general skills in Microsoft
4. Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
5. Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience
6. Able to start immediately or within short notice
