Through this experience, you'll develop a deep functional expertise and gain valuable insights into the industry while also learning how to effectively manage a large provider base of blue-collar workers with the help of technology. This journey with us promises to be both dynamic and challenging, providing you with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.**Responsibilities**:- Support and coordinate recruitment efforts of our Household Professionals (providers)- Educate providers on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards- Ensure that providers understand and comply with all performance standards and service guidelines- Oversee providers' performance on a daily basis, executing post-service recovery activities if needed- Provide counselling, guidance and support to the providers to help them succeed at their work- Analyse and evaluate the performance of our providers, identify performance issues, and pinpoint bottlenecks in our processes- Address service-related issues that arise on a daily basis and ensure that our providers adhere to our standards of excellence- Consolidate findings of your team's performance and develop action plans and strategies to mentor, educate and facilitate the growth of your team.- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the household services industry, is a bonus- Strong understanding of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and guide providers- Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement- Ability to handle and resolve service-related issues with tact and professionalism- Proactive approach to developing strategies for team mentorship and growth**Open to LTVP+, WP, EP, SG, PR****Salary range**:Epass: $2500 ~ $3000 (RM8500-RM10200)Locals: $2500 ~ $2800 (RM8500-RM9520)Probation salary: $2900 (RM9860)Post-probation salary: $3000 (RM10200)**Benefits**:- 21 days AL (prorated yearly, available after probation)- Medical benefits**Salary**: From RM8,500.00 per month
