Responsible for optimize machine efficiency and productivity.2. To monitor for the production planning schedule in order to meet the delivery date.3. To monitor and control machine downtime and reduce machine breakdown time.4. To arrange and organize manpower and material required for production.5. To have meeting and briefing with other supporting parties to ensure no breakdown in production and to prepare report for monitor improvement.6. To monitor the yield loss and carry out improvement.7. To ensure the quality of the product meet the standard and enforce the utilization of SOP and specified specification.8. Responsible for people management to ensure safety of the workers are being taken care.9. To monitor and control the annual leave, medical leave, attendance and lateness of workers.10. To provide necessary on the job training and briefing for workers.11.
