Junior Project Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Dealing with principal on ordering, delivery schedule, product quality and etc. 2. Update on incoming shipment schedule 3. Shipment arrangement including LC issuance, preparation of clearance documentation and etc. 4. Dealing with forwarder on shipment clearance and haulage arrangement. 5. Coordination between inter department and principal/supplier on production and technical issue to ensure the product deliver on time. 6. Coordination on new product or product improvement testing and preparation on testing results reporting. 7. Preparation of proposal, report and etc. 8. Compile and update on engineering report/documentation. 9. Departmental documentation filing; Ensure all the documentation are well organized and up to date. 10. Organize meeting and recording on the minutes meeting if required 11. Provide administrative support 12.
