Job Description**Requirements**:i. Scope of Work- Manage and track project plans and prioritization of projects.- Manage projects to deliver the systems solutions to the business unit in accordance with agreed specifications, scope, budget, and timeline.- Work with Project Manager and Product Manager to assess business impact and track business readiness alongside technical readiness.- Track and drive issues / risks and their resolution / mitigation steps.- Manage change requests and their associated costs during the project phase.- Manage project stakeholders and Project Owner/Champion.- Perform due diligence to ensure that quality of project deliverables are of acceptable standards through reviews and acceptance tests.- Highlight cross-project and /or program dependencies and liaise with other Project Managers and stakeholders, if necessary, in managing such dependencies.- Periodic statue update to stakeholders and Project Manager and Product Manager.- Where conflicts arise between project team, vendors, Project Owner/Champion, SMEs, etc, to act as a mediator to resolve these conflicts.ii. Requirement Skillsets and Experiences- Has experience in Project coordination and successfully delivered at least 3 ICT (Information and communications technology) projects from planning to the successful delivery of the program (on time, on budget, on scope) where each of the program or project is valued at RM 200 K and above.- Min 2 years of experience in coordinating the delivery of ICT projects.- Experience in project delivery based on Project Delivery Framework.- Sound client-facing and internal communication skills.- Sound written and verbal communication skills.- Has experience working with fully remote or hybrid teams and stakeholders.- Attention to detail and multitasking skills.iii. Optional Experiences, Certifications, and Skillsets- Related certifications in preferred.- Possess in-depth Oil & Gas and ICT business domain knowledge.- Experience in guiding business in improving processes, products, and services.- Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for development team.
