Junior Purchasing Executive

Support Outlet POS system Problem- Promotion Setting in our POS system- Approve all the invoice- Create POS system for new code- Issue Purchases Order to supplier- Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorised persons.- Assist to check all discrepancy sales & report to supervisor- Assist to generate some report.- Handle ad-hoc task as required / any others duties when as assigned- Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment- Ability to converse in English & Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (optional)- Pleasant personality, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitude- Able to work independently with less supervision**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cheras Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Malay, English, Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa, English, Mandarin (preferred)
