Junior Qs - Quantity Surveyor (Manjung)

**Responsibilities**:- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the management.- To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.- To take responsibility for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.- To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.- To track design or construction work changes and adjust budget projections accordingly.- To produce or agree with the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the project's construction, measure and value the work done on-site.- To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.**Job Requirements**- Experience in property development industry will be preferred.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
