Junior Quantity Surveyor (Open For Fresh) - Munsyi

**Responsibilities**1. Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.2. Taking-off for quantities3. Estimation and Pricing of works4. Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling5. Liaise with Clients, Consultants6. Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s)7. Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO8. Prepare Final account9. Other duties as assigned by superior and manager**Job Requirement**:2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply3. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)4. Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills.5. Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.)6. Able to works systematically and meet stipulated deadline.7. Able to work under pressure and extra hours.8. Independent, mature with pleasant personality, multi-tasking and fast learner.9. Must possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (asrequired)10. Full-time position.11.
