Responsibilities:
Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, monitoring and controlling their performance.
Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances and implementing corrective action.
Maintains safe, secure ,and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standard and procedure
Using organization skills to build successful teams for completion of project tasks
Negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors and sub ?contractors
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): auto cad., Ms office, Ms word, Supervison skills, Quality Management,Managing Profbility
Preferably Junior-Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in factory building or related field is required for this position
Willing to work long hours when required
Able to work independently, self-motivate, initiative and interpersonal skills
Able to handle high level of stress and possess team working spirit
Applicants must own transportation
