Junior Sports & Recreation Executive

**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of related working experience- Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership quality.- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Dynamic personality and capable of organizing various sports & recreational events.- Willing to work long and irregular hours.- Exposure to golf / related events/tournaments is advantages.**Responsibilities**:1. Monitoring Operation - Prepare Roster & Monitor Overtime (Assign Sport Clerk and Life Guard to S&R Facilities if there is a shortage of staff).2. To assist the Sports & Recreation Department in monitoring and recording of staff's Attendance Record, Over Time, Medical Leaves, Annual Leave and etc.3. Billing Administrator - Preparing/checking of monthly billing of lessons for the various recreational activities in the club, to check that everything is in order and updated.4. To coordinate with the Booking Clerk, Lifeguard, Gym & Billiard regarding any maintenance work to be carried out at the respective areas, check whether any equipment relating to these areas required urgently.5. To assist in organizing of events, tournaments and social events of the Sports Sections of the Club.6. To be knowledgeable of the various activities or recreational activities at the Department.Founded in 1890, the Royal Lake Club is centrally located in Kuala Lumpur within the Lake Gardens.
