Junior System Support

Job Description The role involves various duties including but not limited to:
To understand and provide system support for credit card and e-wallet setup, digital advertising signage (retail industrial), CRM Mobile application and ecommerce software. Accurately and quickly log, assign and/or escalate support tickets through company CRM Customer Support via remote applications, phone, and email Onsite Support where required Software and Hardware Testing Troubleshooting and escalation of problems in a timely manner To perform SIT and UAT for system changes. End to End system installations End User Training After Hours support. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Required Skill(s): MySQL, Microsoft Office, Basic Server and Workstation troubleshooting skills is an added advantage. Must have a sense of responsibility. Good Communication skills. Leadership qualities are an added value. Experiences in POS, Ecommerce, Digital Advertising is an added advantage.
