**REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATION**- Minimum SRN (State Registered Nurse).- Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in the related field.Willing to work on shift- Pleasant personality and able to work well with others- Good in communication skills- Self-prepared transportationI. The services shall include but not limited to the following:- Day-to-day operating of In-House Clinic or First Aid center.- Provide initial assessment of njuries & illness with appropriate reporting, reference party for further evaluation.- Render first aid treatment and dispensing medications for mild ailment cases.- Assist in implementation of health promotion strategies including campaign and health education activities- Assists in In-plant Doctor Session or Occupational Health Doctor Consultation- Facilitating case management.- Able to prepare Health Education material with Microsoft tools- Occupational Health and Wellness Program- For those who has big dream to further explore, continuous professional development would be made available.- II.
