Key Account Customer Service Representative

Investigate root causes of issues faced by shippers or consignees and provide an accurate resolution.- Make outbound calls to the consignee or shipper to follow up on case.- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.- Update statuses of issues on CRM.- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:- Education: Minimum STPM / Diploma in any studies- Experienced in using CRM module.- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Customer Service representative.- Knowledge of import and export regulations will be an added advantage.- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Office.- Typing Speed > 65 WPM- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Working day and hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am 5:30 pm / Saturday: Alternate.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 03/13/2023
